Capital One created a design team, and I had the privilege of being one of the first on board in our Chicago office. What to do then?

To start: Introduce sticky notes & sharpies as an everyday tool. Challenge your co-workers to see who can drink the most coffee–and get moving together at a ripping pace. Then, go talk to customers and find out what problems they're dealing with when it comes to their finances, and work tirelessly to help solve those problems by building effective products.
